About this Role As a Pediatric Therapy Technician, you'll play an important role in creating a fun, safe, and supportive therapy environment for children of all ages and abilities. Working alongside our licensed therapists, you'll help prepare treatment spaces, assist with therapy activities, support patient care, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Every day brings new opportunities to make a difference—not only for our patients but also for their families and your teammates. What You'll Do Support licensed therapists during therapy sessions and patient activities. Help transport patients safely within the clinic and at school locations. Assist with aquatic (pool) therapy when needed. Prepare, clean, sanitize, and organize therapy equipment and treatment areas. Manage therapy supplies by maintaining inventory and ordering materials. Assist with our food program by purchasing, preparing, storing, and monitoring food supplies. Keep accurate cleaning, inventory, and ordering logs. Perform clerical and departmental support duties as assigned. Work collaboratively with therapists and other team members to provide exceptional patient care. Able to lift up to 55 pounds and assist with two-person patient transfers. Able to stand, walk, bend, and remain active throughout the workday.
