Key Responsibilities Support therapy sessions across OT, PT, ST, and ABA, including assisting with mobility, behavioral needs, and transitions. Prepare and maintain therapy spaces and materials , including sanitation, organization, restocking, and inventory. Support vocational and transition programs , including assisting clients in the on-site coffee shop and grocery store, handling transactions, and managing inventory. Collaborate with therapists and staff to promote coordinated client care and smooth clinic operations. Maintain a positive, professional, and HIPAA-compliant environment for clients and families. Assist with special projects and client engagement activities and adapt to changing clinic needs. Qualification and Skill Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required.

Preferred:

Experience in healthcare, childcare, or customer-facing roles (volunteer or paid). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Demonstrated empathy, patience, and professionalism when working with clients. Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Interest in pursuing a career in therapy or a related healthcare field is a plus. Physical Requirements Remain physically active throughout the clinic , including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, and sitting for extended periods. Assist clients with mobility, transfers, therapy activities, and behavioral/safety interventions using appropriate body mechanics. Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds , including assisting clients and handling equipment, with or without reasonable accommodation. Use a computer workstation for extended periods as needed.
