Location:
Dallas Regional Medical Center Clinic - Flower Mound, TX We are seeking a Rehabilitation Aide, sometimes referred to as our Rehabilitation Assistant or Rehab Aide. The Rehabilitation Aide / Rehabilitation Assistant in our clinic support therapists by preparing treatment areas, setting up and cleaning equipment, and helping patients with mobility or simple exercises under supervision. The Rehab Aide will assist with administrative tasks like scheduling, paperwork, and maintaining supplies. Overall, the Rehab Aide will ensure the clinic runs smoothly so therapists can focus on providing direct patient care. Responsibilities Support patients by escorting them to treatment areas, assisting with mobility, and encouraging participation under therapist supervision Prepare and maintain treatment areas by setting up equipment, cleaning after use, and ensuring safety and organization Provide administrative support including scheduling, patient check-ins, paperwork, and supply tracking Assist therapists by handling equipment, demonstrating non-clinical exercises, and relaying patient feedback Help keep the clinic running smoothly so therapists can focus on direct patient care and patients feel supported Qualifications 1. High School diploma or equivalent 2. Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current. 3. Previous experience in Physical Therapy preferred Here are some of the benefits of working at
