Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Rehab Technician to join our fast-paced medical office team. This position is ideal for someone passionate about rehabilitation , patient care, and helping individuals recover from injury and return to their daily activities safely and effectively. Our office treats a wide variety of rehabilitation patients, including sports injuries, post-operative conditions, auto accident injuries, and work-related injuries. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred in: Athletic Training Kinesiology Exercise Physiology Or other related field Experience with both active and passive rehabilitation required Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus but not required Responsibilities Assist providers with execution of individualized treatment plans Provide one-on-one patient interaction and support during rehabilitation sessions Guide patients through prescribed exercises and therapeutic activities Assist with passive rehabilitation techniques and modalities as directed Monitor patient progress and communicate concerns appropriately Maintain a clean, organized, and professional rehab environment Accurately document patient activities and treatment participation Work collaboratively with providers and staff to ensure excellent patient care Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is friendly , organized, outgoing , knowledgeable, and genuinely enjoys working with people . We are looking for someone who thrives in a team environment, takes initiative, and can provide exceptional patient care while maintaining professionalism in a busy clinical setting. Set schedule Monday - Friday , no weekends
