Responsibilities Guide patients through therapeutic exercise programs Assist the Physical Therapist during treatments Prepare treatment rooms and equipment Apply physician-directed rehabilitation modalities Motivate and encourage patients throughout therapy Monitor patient safety and proper exercise technique Maintain a clean and organized rehabilitation department Document treatments accurately Deliver an exceptional patient experience every visit The Ideal Candidate You are someone who: Loves working with people Has a positive attitude Is dependable and punctual Learns quickly Works well in a fast-paced environment Takes pride in providing excellent service Is physically active and enjoys being on your feet Is professional, compassionate, and coachable Preferred Qualifications Bilingual (English/Spanish) Physical Therapy Technician experience Medical Assistant experience Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Athletic Training, Personal Training, or related education CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain) New graduates and students pursuing careers in healthcare are encouraged to apply.
