Job Description

We are seeking a COTA to support our therapy department on a PRN basis. You will carry out established occupational therapy plans and work directly with residents on daily living skills. This position assists short-term rehab patients and long-term residents as coverage needs arise. Responsibilities Guide residents through therapeutic exercises and functional tasks according to the established care plan. Document patient progress and daily treatment notes within the electronic health records system. Train residents in activities of daily living, including mobility and adaptive equipment usage. Report functional changes and treatment observations directly to the supervising Occupational Therapist. Work with the therapy team to maintain an organized treatment space.
Compensation, Schedule & Benefits Pay Rate:
Starting at $36-$40/hr, scaling upward with experience

PRN (As needed based on facility coverage needs)
