Job Summary & Deliverables The Rehabilitation Aide assists a team of multi-disciplinary professionals to meet the therapeutic and daily living needs of clients with physical disabilities. The Rehab Aide assists in the operation of rehabilitative services, maintains the treatment area, and ensures that client living spaces meet program standards and client requirements. Coordinates with ancillary providers and contractors critical to program performance Coordinates treatment activities with multi-disciplinary treatment team Supports, encourages, and problem solves with clients to do rehabilitation exercises and rebuild a self directed life Assists clients with daily routines as needed and based on an independent living style Tracks and maintains client data Manages and accurately documents medication distribution Requirements Education High school diploma or equivalent Experience No experience required see Preferred Qualifications Licenses/Certifications CPR certification Valley de-escalation certification Driving positions require a minimum age of 21 and a current driver's license Preferred Qualifications Previous of healthcare or social services aide experience
