Sheltering Arms Institute is seeking a full-time Rehab Tech to join our Bon Air team. Under the direct supervision of a therapist, the Rehab Tech provides patient care and assistance including, but not limited to, patient transport, ADLs, transfers, strengthening, mobility, assist with leisure participation, and ambulation tasks. Takes responsibility to maintain a clean and safe working environment. Provides assistance to therapists through direct care and delegated tasks. This position requires a great deal of flexibility as well as reliability. Compensation $17.50 - $19.00 per hour This range reflects our commitment to pay equity and market‑competitive compensation. Final compensation depends on experience, skills, and internal equity. Education/Certifications High School diploma/GED required. High School or college degree with interest in further education related to healthcare. Healthcare professionals CPR certification required.
