Vancouver, Washington Schedule:
PRN or Part-Time | 15-20 hours/week $36-$44/hour + Supportive In-House Therapy Team At Hudson Bay Health & Rehabilitation , we're dedicated to providing exceptional skilled nursing and rehabilitation services that empower our residents to recover, thrive, and live well. We're hiring a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (PRN or Part-Time) to join a collaborative, therapist-driven team where your work directly impacts recovery outcomes every day.

Deliver therapy services following individualized treatment plans Support residents in performing daily living and rehabilitative activities Observe and document patient progress and communicate updates to the care team Educate residents and families on adaptive techniques and home programs Foster a supportive and collaborative therapy environment What You Bring Active Washington COTA License (we support and reimburse licensing costs) Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Valid CPR certification SNF, post-acute, or long-term care experience preferred—but not required Strong clinical knowledge of therapy techniques and patient care A compassionate, team-oriented approach Work Environment & Expectations Collaborative, team-based therapy environment Productivity expectations aligned with industry standards, with leadership support Emphasis on quality care over burnout culture Ready to Make a Difference? Requirements:
Qualifications Education:
Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program. Licenses/Certification Current COTA license required. Current CPR certification required. Experience Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
