What You'll Do As a COTA, you'll help residents regain independence and improve their quality of life through meaningful, individualized therapy.

You'll:

Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist Help residents improve their ability to perform ADLs and daily activities Work on strength, coordination, balance, cognition, safety, and functional skills Help residents regain independence following illness, injury, or hospitalization Build relationships with residents and celebrate their progress Communicate with nursing and other members of the care team Complete accurate and timely documentation Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary meetings as needed What We're Looking For Current Arizona COTA license or license eligible/pending New graduates are welcome!
