As a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) , you will help patients regain independence and confidence in their daily lives. Working under the guidance of a Registered OT, you'll deliver personalized care plans, teach essential skills, and provide hands-on support, all while building meaningful connections with patients and families in their homes.

Help patients achieve independence and improve quality of life, every single day Key Responsibilities Assist in evaluating patients' functional abilities and home environments Implement treatment plans designed by the Occupational Therapist Teach and retrain patients in essential daily living activities Maintain accurate documentation and communicate progress Collaborate with care teams and participate in case conferences Educate families and caregivers on treatment techniques and safety Requirements Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited OT Assistant program Eligible for or certified by NBCOT Certified/licensed as required by State of Arizona Strong communication and organizational skills Current CPR certification Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation The employer for this position is stated in the job posting.
