Job Description

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - School-Based Phoenix, AZ | Full-Time | Onsite We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support students with developmental disabilities and dual diagnoses in a school-based setting. This role works under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to promote student independence, functional skills, and participation across the school day. Responsibilities Provide individual and group occupational therapy services Support sensory processing, fine motor, and adaptive skill development Assist with student evaluations, treatment plans, and progress documentation Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families Support IEP implementation and multidisciplinary team participation Qualifications Associate degree from an accredited COTA program Eligible for or holding Arizona COTA licensure NBCOT (AOTCB) eligibility Fingerprint clearance/background check If you are a student-focused, collaborative COTA, we encourage you to apply and learn more.
Pay Details:
