Sundance Creek Post Acute - Now Expanding Our Therapy Team! New Grads Welcome!
Pay:
$36-$40 per hour, depending on experience Position Summary Sundance Creek Post Acute is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our growing therapy team. In this role, you will support high‑quality patient care under the supervision and guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist. Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out established patient treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, referring physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Complete timely and accurate written documentation in accordance with facility and departmental standards.
  • Continue developing clinical and professional skills through ongoing education and professional activities.
  • Support department operations, contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Promptly report changes in patient status or needs to the supervising therapist.
  • Accurately prepare and submit patient charges to ensure correct billing.
  • Collaborate with team members to coordinate and align treatment goals. Requirements & Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA or ACOTE accredited program.
