Under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist, the COTA will provide rehabilitative services to residents in a skilled nursing setting, helping them achieve their highest level of function and independence. Key Responsibilities Implement treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist Provide direct therapy services to residents Assist residents with improving daily living skills (ADLs) Monitor patient progress and report changes to supervising therapist Maintain accurate and timely documentation Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members Ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility standards Qualifications Active COTA license/certification in the state of California Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Previous SNF or long-term care experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Pay:

$40.00 - $42.00 per hour
