AvaMed Workforce is seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join a Medical Facility in Delano, CA . Responsibilities Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed OT Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and adaptive equipment training Accurately document patient progress and treatment outcomes Promote safety, independence, and quality of life for patients Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare team members Qualifications Active California COTA license Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred — new graduates encouraged to apply Reliable, professional, and patient-centered approach Compensation & Benefits $50/hr ($2,000/weekly) W-2 Traveler or $44/hr ($1,760/weekly) Weekly pay
