Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/L), School-Based $36 to $41/hour + bonuses, or roughly $66,000 to $74,000/year once benefits and bonuses are counted | Inland Empire | Full-time (40 hours per week), school year | W-2 Want a supervising OT who actually has your back? You will be paired with a dedicated supervising OTR, work at assigned schools, and be part of a real school team, not a number at a staffing agency. Pay that grows:
$36 to $41/hour to start depending on experience, with annual step increases.
Bonuses:
a $1,500 year-end completion bonus and a $1,000 attendance bonus. Time off that is actually paid: 10 PTO days, 6 paid holidays, and 5 paid sick days.
Benefits:
employer-share paid medical, dental, and vision, plus a 401k with year-end profit sharing.
We grow you:
$300/year paid CEUs, and a $200/year supplies allowance. No non-compete. Your total compensation at a glance Base pay: $36 to $41/hour depending on experience, with annual step increases.
Bonuses:
$2,500/year ($1,500 year-end completion plus $1,000 attendance). Employer-share paid benefits worth about $5,300/year: 50% of medical, dental, and vision; $300 CEUs; $200 supplies.
Total compensation value:
about $41 to $46/hour, roughly $66,000 to $74,000/year once benefits and bonuses are counted. What you will do Provide skilled OT intervention to pediatric students under the direction of your supervising OTR (services provided under the OTR's license). Implement treatment plans, document sessions on time, and support carryover with families and teachers. Partner closely with your OTR and the school team.
Requirements:
What we are looking for Current California COTA license and NBCOT certification. Pediatric or school experience preferred; new COTAs with a strong learning mindset are welcome. Reliable, collaborative, and family-centered.
