Category Schools - COTA Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting elementary students as a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in a lively school environment. This role covers a leave until Christmas Break, possibly extending through mid-January, offering stability for the coming months. You'll be working with a dynamic team in the Rancho Cucamonga area, bringing your expertise to enrich students' educational and developmental experiences. With a consistent 30-hour workweek and a competitive hourly rate of $45-54, this position is perfect for those seeking meaningful, hands-on experience in school-based occupational therapy.
Qualifications & Experience:
Current certification as a COTA, valid in California Previous experience working in school settings, specifically at the elementary level, is preferred Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation Ability to effectively support students with diverse needs and collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills Must be reliable and flexible to adapt within a school schedule
Key Responsibilities:
