COTA:
Provide COTA services in accordance with applicable law, physician orders, payer requirements, and the supervising Occupational Therapist's established plan of care. Deliver skilled occupational therapy services to support patients' independence, safety, functional mobility, activities of daily living, and quality of life. Educate patients and families on exercises, techniques, safety strategies, and home programs as clinically appropriate and legally permitted. Document patient progress accurately and efficiently in accordance with applicable payer, agency, and regulatory requirements. Communicate with the supervising OT, referring agency, patient, family, or other authorized care participants as clinically appropriate and legally permitted.What We're Looking For:
