Ongoing mentorship The field of pelvic health is constantly evolving and we are constantly learning. For this reason structured mentoring continues when the training program ends. Every new team member has their own seasoned mentor at PHRC. We offer paid bi-monthly mentoring and collaborative staff meetings, and quarterly and yearly in-house educational in-services. In addition to our in-house mentoring we offer generous continuing education benefits plus the days off required for courses to be used as each therapist chooses.
