Stepping Stones Therapy Newport Beach, CA Job Details Full-time $30 - $40 an hour 3 hours ago Benefits Disability insurance Health insurance Paid time off 401(k) matching Opportunities for advancement Qualifications COTA Full Job Description Stepping Stones Therapy, Inc., a leading pediatric private practice, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our multidisciplinary team. This full-time position focuses on providing high-quality therapy services to children with developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder, and related needs. We're excited to welcome an enthusiastic team member to our supportive and growing clinic! Responsibilities Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist Implement individualized treatment plans targeting fine motor skills, self-care, sensory processing, coordination, and functional independence Collect data, track progress, and maintain accurate, timely documentation Educate and support families with home programs and strategies to promote carryover Collaborate with Speech and Physical Therapists to ensure comprehensive, team-based care Work Environment Pediatric outpatient clinic Fast-paced, collaborative team setting Direct work with children from preschool through adolescence Qualifications Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credential required Current California license (or eligibility) Pediatric experience strongly preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment Schedule Full-Time (4 days/week) Monday-Thursday, 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM Compensation & Benefits $30-$40/hour (full-time, based on experience) 401(k) with employer matching Health and disability insurance Continuing education support Paid time off Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Why Join Stepping Stones?
