Key Responsibilities :
Support Occupational Therapists in developing and executing care plans. Assist patients with therapeutic activities to improve mobility and daily function. Document patient progress and communicate updates to the care team. Educate patients and families on exercises, adaptive techniques, and home programs. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care delivery.
Skills & Qualifications:
Knowledge of occupational therapy techniques and best practices. Strong communication and patient engagement skills. Adaptability to work in skilled nursing facilities and rehab settings. Ability to follow treatment protocols and adjust care as needed.
Requirements:
Active California COTA license . 1+ years of experience in occupational therapy (SNF experience preferred).
