$45-$50/hour DOE ✨ Flexible Schedule Opportunities ✨ Supportive and Collaborative Rehab Team ✨ New Graduate Friendly Environment ✨ Meaningful Work with Residents and Families ✨ Opportunity for Professional Growth What You'll Do As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will: Provide direct resident treatment under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist Help residents improve independence with daily living activities and functional mobility Maintain timely and compliant documentation Assist with restorative nursing programs and staff education Collaborate with therapists, nursing staff, physicians, residents, and families Participate in care conferences and rehab meetings Educate residents and caregivers on safety, home programs, and fall prevention Recommend adaptive equipment and assistive devices to support independence Maintain a safe and positive treatment environment Support quality improvement and rehabilitation initiatives Qualifications βœ” Associate Degree from an accredited COTA program βœ” Current California COTA License in good standing βœ” CPR Certification if required by licensure βœ” Strong communication and teamwork skills βœ” New grads are encouraged to apply! βœ” Familiarity with Net Health and PointClickCare is a plus What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who is compassionate, motivated, team-oriented, and dedicated to providing exceptional resident-centered care.
