Who We Are:
We're a family-centered, holistic practice supporting children's development from root to bloom, and we're looking for a passionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-home, Early Intervention team. If you're someone who loves working closely with families, values neurodiversity-affirming practice, and thrives in a child-led, play-based environment, we'd love to meet you.
What We're Looking For:
Current California COTA license Reliable transportation Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit Prior experience in early intervention, parent coaching, or child-led therapy models Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not required
What You'll Do:
Provide occupational therapy services for toddlers and young children (ages 2-10) in-home and at our clinic in La Verne Collaborate with caregivers and create meaningful home practice Implement engaging, play-based treatment sessions guided by family goals and client interests Maintain detailed documentation and progress notes Participate in regular interdisciplinary meetings with our lead SLPs and OT Receive face-to-face learning time with a supervising
