What You'll Be Doing βœ” Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist βœ” Help residents regain strength, mobility, confidence, and independence βœ” Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility guidelines and procedures βœ” Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team focused on patient-centered care βœ” Educate residents and families while building meaningful relationships βœ” Bring compassion, positivity, and energy to work every day What We're Looking For βœ” Active California Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) License β€” or eligible to apply βœ” Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program βœ” Strong communication and teamwork skills βœ” Passion for improving the lives of others βœ” Skilled nursing experience is a plus, but not required βœ” Familiarity with Net Health or PointClickCare is helpful βœ” New graduates encouraged to apply!
