Shift:
5x8 days, 08:00-16:30 Start date: 09/14/2026 Work setting: Skilled Nursing Facility Responsibilities Provide occupational therapy interventions and participate in treatment activities under supervision to support residents' functional goals. Implement and monitor treatment plans and selected modalities as directed by the supervising OT; document progress updates. Collaborate with the OT team, nursing staff, and other disciplines to coordinate care and ensure smooth patient transitions. Assist with activities of daily living training, therapeutic exercises, range of motion, strengthening, and adaptive equipment education. Maintain safety and infection control practices; follow facility policies and documentation requirements to ensure high-quality care. Observe and report changes in residents' status to the supervising OT and contribute to plan adjustments as appropriate. Requirements Ability to work the stated shift and schedule (08:00-16:30, 5 days/week) with guaranteed hours as specified. Comfortable working in a skilled nursing facility and with residents in a long-term care setting. Strong communication skills and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Proficiency in documentation and charting of therapy sessions and progress notes. Ability to adhere to facility policies, safety guidelines, and standard infection control practices.
