  • $20K Sign on Bonus + Monthly Student Loan Repayment Assistance Our Santa Monica location is looking for a compassionate and driven therapist to lead and provide exceptional patient care experiences as an Assistant Center Manager to join our team of 2 PTs, 1 OT, 1 CHT and 1 PTA in this general orthopedics and hand therapy focused clinic.
This is a unique opportunity to get involved at an established clinic as part of our joint venture partnership with Cedars-Sinai; the ideal candidate will be comfortable working collaboratively with other Select PT leaders and clinicians and will be excited about building meaningful relationships within the community. The assistant center manager will oversee day-to-day operations in the clinic as well as provide preventative and rehabilitative services that maximize functionality and promote the well-being of our patients.   • Responsibilities
  • + Offer coaching, guidance, support, and training for staff development and growth + Assist leadership in growing both the center and market through program and business development + Support employee engagement and retention efforts + Assist with the management and resolution of employee relations issues + Help develop strategies to increase profitability + Provide an exceptional patient care experience •Qualifications•
Minimum Qualifications:
  • + Graduate of an American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) -accredited school of occupational therapy + CPR certification + Valid driver's license + Minimum 3 years of experience required
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • + At least two years of experience in the application of custom splinting pre and post-op orthopedic + Minimum two years in adult rehabilitation; hand and splinting experience preferred
