We have established a trustworthy reputation among physicians and parents. In this private practice setting, you get the opportunity to make a real different in these kids' lives and celebrate with their parents with each new skill. Our therapists are the most important members of our team. You will have the opportunity to work with children of all ages and diagnoses, including autism spectrum disorders, sensory dysfunction, attention deficits, fine motor deficits, deficits with ADL's for kids, feeding disorders, and many more as well as typically developing children. Our office hours are Mon-Thurs 8:00am to 6:00pm (office closed on Fridays); we have built in writing and prep time every day. Productivity is not our main focus. We prioritize employee and patient satisfaction over revenue. Little Sprouts Therapy Center has created a friendly work culture that helps our employees enjoy coming to work and manage a healthy work-life balance. But we have also scheduled 90 minutes of writing/planning every day where the entire office is quiet.

Associates or Bachelors Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited school or program. Current occupational therapy assistant license issued by the state of California. Current National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) Experience with feeding difficulties Experience in early intervention Customer service orientated and professional. Demonstrate good judgment, decision-making, and communication skills with a variety of individuals and groups. Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality. Must relate well to children and their families. Very good working knowledge in all applicable computer programs Ability to pass background/fingerprint clearance and provide/obtain immunizations. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds repetitively. This position requires frequent bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, and twisting in order to observe, assess and interact with precious patients.
