The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping empower families through education and a skilled therapy practice. This position offers the opportunity work in home, providing Early Intervention OT services to ages 0-3. Duties Provide occupational therapy services to clients with diverse needs ages 0-3 Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' conditions and progress (OTR) Collaborate with supervisor/mentor/colleagues for comprehensive client care Utilize knowledge to tailor therapy sessions effectively Engage in case management, including documentation, to ensure continuity of care Requirements Valid degree for COTA Valid license to practice as a COTA in CA Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively independently Prior experience in pediatrics a plus (including fieldwork placements)
