$52 - $56 / two weeks Description If you're a Occupational Therapist (OT) who wants to build meaningful relationships with your patients and see the long-term impact of your care—this is it. In this setting, you will work with Medicare Part B patients in Assisted Living and Independent Communities , allowing you to follow patient progress over time and focus on improving independence, mobility and quality of life. Unlike fast-paced short-stay environments, this role allows you to provide purposeful, patient-centered therapy, with consistency and clinical autonomy . What You'll Do:
Evaluate and treat residents in Assisted Living & Independent Living Communities Develop personalized care plans focused on functional independence, safety, and quality of life Deliver care through therapeutic activities, ADL/IDL training, and adaptive techniques Help patients improve their ability to perform daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal preparation Collaborate with care teams, staff, and caregivers to achieve strong patient outcomes Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Qualifications:
