Part-Time Pay:
$25.00 - $55.00 per hour Compensation is based on licensure (COTA or OT), experience, certifications, and specialized clinical skills. Help Children Build Skills for Life Mindful Mentality is a growing pediatric outpatient clinic serving neurodivergent children and their families throughout the CSRA. Our interdisciplinary team provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Speech-Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, and Mental Health Counseling through a collaborative, evidence-based approach. We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) who is passionate about helping children develop the skills needed to succeed at home, school, and in their communities. Whether you're an experienced clinician or a newer graduate eager to grow, you'll be supported by a collaborative team that values clinical excellence, lifelong learning, and family-centered care. What You'll Do Conduct occupational therapy evaluations using standardized assessments and clinical observations (OTs). Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each child's strengths and goals. Provide engaging, evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy services. Address sensory processing, emotional regulation, fine motor development, visual-motor integration, executive functioning, handwriting, feeding, self-care, play, and activities of daily living. Collaborate with BCBAs, Speech-Language Pathologists, Mental Health Therapists, and caregivers to provide coordinated, whole-child care. Educate and coach families to support skill development outside of therapy sessions. Maintain timely, accurate, and ethical clinical documentation. Participate in interdisciplinary meetings, professional development, and team collaboration. QualificationsOccupational Therapist (OT) Required Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Current Georgia Occupational Therapy license (or eligibility) NBCOT Certification CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Required Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Current Georgia COTA license (or eligibility) NBCOT Certification CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain) Preferred Qualifications Experience working with pediatric populations Experience supporting autistic children and other neurodivergent individuals Knowledge of sensory processing and evidence-based pediatric interventions Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to build positive relationships with children and families Commitment to family-centered, strengths-based care Benefits Eligible full-time employees receive a comprehensive benefits package designed to support professional growth, work-life balance, and overall well-being.
