Job Description

OT Assistant - INPATIENT
REHAB - JDAMH
Description:
Implement and document patient treatment per plan of care for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and/or geriatric patients Provide formal and informal teaching to patients and their family members Notify therapists of changes in patient status and document in the medical record Complete progress notes accurately and legibly and submit timely
Experience/Education:
Graduate of an accredited two-year occupational therapy assistant program Licensed as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in the State of Georgia BCLS certified Experience preferred
