We are dedicated to providing exceptional care to our residents and helping them achieve their highest level of independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

Assist Occupational Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans. Provide direct resident care to improve functional skills, mobility, and overall well-being. Document resident progress accurately and in a timely manner. Collaborate with therapy team, nursing staff, and families to support resident goals. Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility standards.

Qualifications:

Current Georgia COTA license in good standing. Prior experience in a skilled nursing/rehabilitation setting preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.
