Assist Occupational Therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals Implement therapeutic interventions and programs to improve patient function, mobility, and independence Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care Document patient progress and maintain accurate records Participate in staff training and education to stay up-to-date on best practices About the
