We're seeking a compassionate, motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) who enjoys working one-on-one with patients and making a meaningful difference every day.
Position Responsibilities:
Provide occupational therapy treatments in patients' homes under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist Assist patients in improving independence with daily living activities Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home safety Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Occupational Therapist Complete accurate and timely documentation Collaborate with an interdisciplinary Home Health team to ensure excellent patient care
Qualifications:
Current Indiana Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license Home Health experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and organizational skills Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
