Applications without a current OTA license will not be considered. Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) - Full Time HTS is currently seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team at a highly-rated senior living community located in Fort Wayne. This OTA will address the unique therapeutic needs of a diverse population including assisted/independent living, short term rehab, and long-term care. Our goal is to improve the quality of life for our seniors by fostering their physical health, independence, and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality occupational therapy to residents in a supportive environment.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
