This role is ideal for someone who enjoys functional, hands-on care and helping residents return to everyday activities.
What You'll Focus On:
Assist with therapy sessions centered on daily living skills such as dressing, bathing, and feeding Guide residents through exercises that improve coordination, strength, and fine motor control Support use of adaptive equipment and teach safe techniques for independence Track progress and communicate updates to the Occupational Therapist Keep documentation accurate and up to date
