  • 33/hour | Full-Time | Benefits LTC Therapy is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team in Holyoke, MA.
Work alongside experienced therapy professionals while helping residents improve daily function, develop greater independence, and reach meaningful rehabilitation goals. What You'll Do Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), strengthening, coordination, balance, and functional tasks Carry out individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and goals Monitor resident progress and communicate updates to the supervising OT Educate residents and caregivers on adaptive techniques and safety strategies Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with PT, OT, SLP, nursing, and other members of the interdisciplinary team What We Offer $30
