Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) -
Full-Time LTC Therapy:
Blackstone Valley HealthRehabilitation Whitinsville, MA $30-$33/hour LTC Therapy is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team at Blackstone Valley HealthRehabilitation. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with residents in a skilled nursing setting, helping them improve independence and functional performance through individualized therapy programs.
Position Responsibilities:
Deliver occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist Assist residents with activities focused on self-care, upper extremity function, coordination, balance, and daily living skills Reinforce adaptive techniques, therapeutic exercises, and compensatory strategies established by the OT Monitor resident performance and communicate progress, concerns, and observations to the therapy team Support resident goals while promoting safety and participation throughout treatment sessions Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications:
