Job Description

Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) degree, active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license, and 1+ years Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Make a meaningful impact as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) working with students in grades K-8 for the 2026-2027 academic year. This contract opportunity, located in the scenic Provincetown, MA area, offers a supportive and collaborative school environment where your skills will help young learners achieve their fullest potential.
Qualifications:
Current Massachusetts COTA or OT license Experience in a school setting preferred Strong communication and organizational abilities Compassion, adaptability, and a student-centered approach
Responsibilities:
Deliver occupational therapy services to K-8 students under the guidance of an Occupational Therapist Assist in developing and implementing individualized therapy plans Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to foster student success in the classroom Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions and progress Support students in developing essential motor, social, and adaptive skills Opportunity details: Contract role beginning September 2026 and ending June 2027 Flexible schedule: 2 days per week, 15 hours weekly Pay range from $30-$35 per hour, depending on experience Enjoy a range of professionally rewarding benefits, including weekly pay, comprehensive health insurance (medical, dental, vision, life, and more), access to a matching 401k, and a flexible spending account—all designed to promote your well-being.
