Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) $50-60 Per Visi t to join our home care team and provide client-centered, in-home therapy services . The OT will assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs to improve clients' ability to perform daily activities, promote independence, and enhance overall quality of life — all in the comfort and safety of their homes.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate clients' functional abilities and therapy needs in accordance with physician orders, within the home environment. Provide training and education to clients and their families on adaptive techniques and equipment for home use. Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including RNs, PTs, and caregivers, to ensure comprehensive care. Document patient progress, treatment goals, and therapy notes in compliance with BrightStar Care and state regulations. Recommend adaptive equipment and assistive devices to improve safety and independence at home. Deliver compassionate, respectful, and culturally sensitive care in a home setting.
Qualifications :
Current Valid MA OTA License. Driving License CPR certification Minimum 6 months to 1 year OTA experience.
