• 38/hour Overlea at Autumn Lake is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support our rehabilitation team within a skilled nursing facility.

We are looking for someone who enjoys helping residents regain practical skills, improve daily function, and work toward greater independence in a patient-focused environment.

What You'll Do:

Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of the Occupational Therapist Assist residents with activities related to dressing, grooming, mobility, coordination, and functional movement Support individualized rehab programs designed to improve safety and independence Build strong relationships with residents while encouraging participation and progress Maintain accurate documentation and communicate updates with the rehab team Why Join Overlea at
