Facility Location:
As an Assistant Director of Therapy/Local Traveler, you will work in facilities that are within a 30-mile radius of your home, never over! Typically, you are only in 1 facility per day, and you will know where you are going to be the next day at least by the day prior.

Assistant Director of Therapy (ADOT COTA) - Local Traveler | SNF Leadership Opportunity Rivetus Rehab is seeking an Assistant Director of Therapy with an Occupational Therapy Assistant specialization to support our skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) within a 30-mile radius of your home. This is a local traveler leadership role designed for clinicians who are ready to expand their impact beyond patient care. An ADOT (Assistant Director of Therapy) partners with the Director of Therapy to help lead the rehab team. Required Qualifications:
Successful completion of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Licensure as required by the
State of Michigan Skills and Abilities:
Ability to exercise professional judgement and initiative when analyzing problems and recommending solutions. Initiative and flexibility in the work environment. Ability to react effectively to the needs of patients and their families. Physical Ability to bend, position, transfer and lift patients weighing from 80 pounds to over 300 pounds, without restriction, utilizing lifting devices clinically recommended for the patient.
