Responsibilities:

Assist Occupational Therapists with the development, implementation, and evaluation of individualized treatment plans for our residents Conduct occupational therapy treatments, including exercises, activities, and interventions to improve residents' function, strength, and mobility Use assistive technology and adaptive equipment to enhance residents' independence and safety Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care Participate in goal setting, progress monitoring, and reporting of treatment outcomes Maintain accurate and detailed records of treatment sessions and residents' progress

Requirements:

Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistance or related field Assistance with onset of therapy (AOT) certification 0 years of experience, with a willingness to learn and grow with our team Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of individuals Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassion and empathy for residents and families Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities About the
