              What You'll Do:
              Under the supervision of a
              Licensed Occupational Therapist:
              • Provide occupational therapy treatments according to established care plans
              • Assist patients in improving independence with daily living activities
              • Collaborate with OTs, families, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary care teams
              • Maintain accurate electronic documentation and treatment records
              • Educate patients, caregivers, and staff on therapeutic programs and adaptive techniques
              Qualifications:
              • Active OTA license in the state of practice (new graduates encouraged to apply)
              • Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and patient-focused mindset
              • Passion for helping older adults maximize function and quality of life
