Baker College of Royal Oak is seeking an Adjunct Faculty in Master of Occupational Therapy to join our team! The ideal candidate will hold a master's or doctoral degree from an accredited occupational therapy program, possess certification through the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT), and maintain licensure to practice occupational therapy in the State of Michigan. In addition, they should have a minimum of three years of documented professional experience in the field of occupational therapy. At a minimum, candidates must have a master's degree in a related field, NBCOT certification, and Michigan state licensure in occupational therapy, along with documented experience relevant to their teaching responsibilities and a solid understanding of the associated content delivery methods. They will bring a collaborative, innovative approach, combined with a deep passion for educational excellence, positioning them to lead our programs toward continued success. Proficiency with technology, including Canvas, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Apps, and the Internet, is expected. Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are crucial for success in this position.
