Requirements What You'll Do:
Under the supervision of a
Licensed Occupational Therapist:
Provide treatment per established care plans Collaborate with OTRs, families, and care teams Maintain accurate electronic documentation Educate staff and families on care programs
Qualifications:
Active COTA license in the state of practice (new graduates encouraged to apply) Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and patient-focused mindset
