Job Description

Tuesday through Saturday Work Days Are you an Occupational Therapy Assistant with passion for improving the lives of seniors? As an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) you will assist the Occupational Therapists to help patients regain functional independence. Attention to detail, individualized care, and participation in a team approach are part of every interaction. Supervise the direct patient care activities of the Rehab Aids Coordinate patient care with members of other departments and staff within the Rehab Services Department. Participates in resident care conferences, Restorative Team meetings, and Interdisciplinary Team meetings as appropriate. Participates in in-service training programs for other staff in the facility. Qualifications Graduate of an approved OTA program Current OTA license Long term care experience preferred.
