What You'll Do:

Implement personalized OT treatment plans created by licensed Occupational Therapists Lead clients through activities that improve ADLs, fine motor abilities, cognition, and functional mobility Coach families on strategies, adaptations, and home modifications that enhance safety and independence Contribute to interdisciplinary communication to keep patient care aligned and effective Document visits clearly and promptly to support strong clinical outcomes

Qualifications:

Current Minnesota COTA license Reliable, insured vehicle and valid driver's license Home care experience welcome but not required—training available for the right COTA A passion for empowering clients to thrive at home
