Med Staff Home Health is Hiring an Occupational Therapy Assistant! Join the Care Team Today! Position Summary As a Home Health Occupational Therapy Assistant, you'll work under the direction and supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence in the comfort of their own homes. Your role will be vital in carrying out treatment plans, encouraging patients through their recovery, and helping them achieve meaningful progress in their daily lives. Schedule

• Full-Time/Part-Time/PRN
• Monday- Friday
• 8am-4:30pm

Responsibilities:

Work with Occupational Therapist to perform follow-up visits in the patient's home Deliver medically necessary home-based therapy under an established plan of care Monitor vitals, safety, functional progress, and home environment risks Document visits using the provided EMR platform (training included) Provide caregiver training, fall prevention strategies, and safety recommendations Communicate with the clinical care team overseeing the case

Requirements:

Missouri licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Experience with older adults preferred Home health experience helpful but not required Strong communication and documentation skills Comfortable working independently in home environment Reliable Transportation/Valid Driver's License Benefits
