Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate COTA to join our interdisciplinary team. As a COTA, you will work closely with our occupational therapists to design and implement effective treatment plans that promote independence, function, and quality of life for our residents. Your expertise will focus on enhancing the physical and mental well-being of our residents through occupational therapy interventions, including exercises, activities, and skills training. Responsibilities:
Assist occupational therapists with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans Conduct one-on-one and group therapy sessions with residents Use evidence-based practices and interventions to promote independence, function, and quality of life Provide education and training to residents, family members, and caregivers on occupational therapy interventions and strategies Maintain accurate and timely records of resident progress and treatment plans Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal outcomes Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)
Requirements:
